FOUNDER / ENGINEER / BUILDER

I build things
that bring people closer.

You-Ming Yeh
Marx · 葉又銘

Co-founder, CEO & CTO at Kardomo. I turn ideas into consumer products, from the first prototype to the systems and small details that keep people coming back.

Currently building Peeps. Master’s student at NTU GINM.

Build the whole experience

I solo-built the initial app and developed the product across native iOS, Android, backend services, and operational tools. My work connects interface design, real-time interaction, and production infrastructure.

Find the reason to return

We studied long-term users and focused on posting and chatting with friends. Group onboarding and daily tasks helped people experience that loop together.

Keep the results in context

Peeps participated in Ikigai Launchpad, Spring 2026. Its chart position is a past Taiwan milestone; the retention figure measures relative improvement, not an absolute retention rate.

Commit Chad

Writing a useful commit message adds friction to everyday development.

Built a command-line tool that generates messages from staged changes using OpenAI or Gemini.

Published as an npm CLI with confirmation and dry-run options.

Peeps Monetization Intelligence

How can a small game team turn product data into useful monetization decisions?

Built a SQL-first analysis pipeline, a player feature store, holdout-validated propensity modeling, and a read-only dashboard.

A documented case study connecting behavior analysis with ranked opportunities; historical estimates, not realized revenue.

Still asking
better questions.

AI, vision, and agent-based simulation

My ongoing graduate interests include vision-language models, visual perception, and hallucination mitigation. Earlier research projects explored LLM agents with memory and reflection in epidemic simulations.
